YOU AND REDFLAG ARE AGREEING TO GIVE UP ANY RIGHTS TO LITIGATE CLAIMS IN A COURT OR BEFORE A JURY. ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY BETWEEN YOU AND US ARISING FROM OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE WEBSITE WILL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY AND FINALLY BY BINDING ARBITRATION administered by JAMS in accordance with the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures.

Limitation on Time to File Claims

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Entire Agreement

The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Redflag with respect to the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Website.
